Online Dropbox Photo Extractor

Free to use, on phone or desktop.

What happens after you paste the Dropbox link

One thing to set expectations on: Dropbox is served by our media route, which resolves an individual item rather than walking an album. A photo request here returns the media the link names, not a sweep of everything the account has ever posted. No credentials are involved anywhere in this path — neither yours nor ours.

Two ways in: the box above, or prefix the Dropbox URL you are already looking at with tikt.com/:

tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
Three steps, start to finish
1. Copy the Dropbox link

Use the address bar or the platform's own share button — both give a URL the extractor recognises. Point it at the single item you want, not the page around it.

2. Let it read the renditions

Paste the URL above. The extractor asks Dropbox which renditions exist for that item and picks the best progressive one rather than assuming a quality.

3. Save what comes back

The file arrives in the container Dropbox served it in, and the extractor does not rebuild it — so what you end up with is what the uploader encoded, for better or worse.

Technical FAQ — Tikt.com Dropbox Media Converter

No. Dropbox is handled by the media route, which resolves the item a link names rather than walking a profile's history. Paste the individual item you want. That is a limit of the route, not a paywall — there is nothing to upgrade to that changes it.

It reads the rendition list Dropbox publishes for that item and takes the highest progressive one — a single file with video and audio already muxed, so nothing has to be recombined afterwards. It never re-encodes, so it cannot give you a quality Dropbox did not publish.

Yes, identically. The work happens on our side, so an old phone on a slow connection is no worse at resolving the Dropbox link than a desktop — it just downloads the file more slowly afterwards.

No. The file streams through and is gone; there is no library, no history and nothing to delete afterwards. That is also why we cannot re-send you something you downloaded last week.

No cap you have to pay to lift and no trial that expires. The paid plan exists for people who download in bulk or want the API; a single Dropbox link does not need it and never will.

No. This is a web page with a text box. Anything that asks you to install an executable to save the Dropbox link is asking for more access than the job requires.

Not by us. There is no re-encode step in the path, so the file you get is bit-for-bit what Dropbox served. Whatever compression Dropbox applied when it accepted the upload is already baked in and cannot be undone by anyone.

Check that the link opens in a normal logged-out browser tab first. If it does not, we cannot see it either. If it does, the item may have moved or the platform may have changed something on its side since the extractor last saw it.

The typical case: photo-only extraction. Photo on Dropbox is the right pick when you want exactly that media slice without dragging in the rest of the post.

Saved to your browser's default Downloads folder. JPG files render in every image viewer (Preview, Photos, Photopea, the browser itself).

Image rights stay with the original poster on Dropbox. Personal use is fine; for commercial reuse, check the source profile's license terms.

No signup. No account. No cookies tied to your Dropbox identity. Tikt.com doesn't log which Photo URL you pasted.

One Photo per URL by default. For multiple, paste each Dropbox URL into a fresh tab or use the batch endpoint documented under /api/.

Free. The Photo downloader for Dropbox is unmetered for personal use -- no per-file fee, no daily cap.

Tikt.com does not retain downloaded files or log user activity. All media is processed in a stateless pipeline and transmitted directly to the requesting device.
