Issuu uses a signed-in session to fence off private material, and we deliberately do not hold one. That draws a clean line: anything a logged-out visitor can already see downloads here, and anything behind a follow request or a private account does not. Because Issuu is handled by the gallery route. It enumerates the files attached to the post or album you pointed at instead of picking one, so a post with eight images returns eight images. If you only wanted one, link the individual item rather than the container.

No, and that is deliberate. Issuu gates private material behind a signed-in session; we fetch as an anonymous browser and hold no credentials, so we see exactly what a logged-out visitor sees. If a post needs a follow request to view, it needs one to download.

Because there is nothing to select between. The gallery route returns the file as Issuu stored it — one version, at its uploaded size. A quality menu here would be decoration over a single option.
