Download Teachertube Photo

The extractor reads Teachertube's own rendition list and takes the best progressive one.

What happens after you paste the Teachertube link

Paste the Teachertube link into the box and the extractor resolves it to a downloadable photo file. It runs entirely from your browser, needs no account and adds nothing to the media it returns. Teachertube's extractor is currently flagged as unreliable upstream, so an occasional failure there is expected rather than surprising. Teachertube is handled by the media route, which reads the site's own rendition list before choosing anything. Among the Teachertube link shapes handled are user:collection.

Shortcut — stick tikt.com/ on the front of the Teachertube address instead of copying it here:

tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
The order of operations
1. Copy the Teachertube link

Use the address bar or the platform's own share button — both give a URL the extractor recognises. Point it at the single item you want, not the page around it.

2. Let it read the renditions

Paste the URL above. The extractor asks Teachertube which renditions exist for that item and picks the best progressive one rather than assuming a quality.

3. Save what comes back

The file arrives in the container Teachertube served it in, and the extractor does not rebuild it — so what you end up with is what the uploader encoded, for better or worse.

Technical FAQ — Tikt.com Teachertube Media Converter

No. Teachertube is handled by the media route, which resolves the item a link names rather than walking a profile's history. Paste the individual item you want. That is a limit of the route, not a paywall — there is nothing to upgrade to that changes it.

Teachertube's extractor is flagged unreliable upstream: the site changed something and the fix has not shipped yet. It is not your link. Retrying occasionally helps because the failure is not always total, but the real fix lands upstream rather than here.

It reads the rendition list Teachertube publishes for that item and takes the highest progressive one — a single file with video and audio already muxed, so nothing has to be recombined afterwards. It never re-encodes, so it cannot give you a quality Teachertube did not publish.

Among others: user:collection. Those are separate URL shapes with separate handling behind them, which is why a link that looks nothing like the last one you pasted still works.

Whatever the URL names. A single-item Teachertube link returns that item; a collection or feed URL returns what the collection holds. If you got more than you expected, you pasted the container rather than the item.

Not by us. There is no re-encode step in the path, so the file you get is bit-for-bit what Teachertube served. Whatever compression Teachertube applied when it accepted the upload is already baked in and cannot be undone by anyone.

No cap you have to pay to lift and no trial that expires. The paid plan exists for people who download in bulk or want the API; a single Teachertube link does not need it and never will.

Yes, identically. The work happens on our side, so an old phone on a slow connection is no worse at resolving the Teachertube link than a desktop — it just downloads the file more slowly afterwards.

JPG files render in every OS image viewer, every browser and most editors (Photoshop, GIMP, Affinity, Krita).

No special tricks. Paste the Teachertube URL as it appears in your address bar; Tikt.com handles the rest.

Saved to your browser's default Downloads folder. JPG files render in every image viewer (Preview, Photos, Photopea, the browser itself).

Image rights stay with the original poster on Teachertube. Personal use is fine; for commercial reuse, check the source profile's license terms.

No signup. No account. No cookies tied to your Teachertube identity. Tikt.com doesn't log which Photo URL you pasted.

One Photo per URL by default. For multiple, paste each Teachertube URL into a fresh tab or use the batch endpoint documented under /api/.

Tikt.com does not retain downloaded files or log user activity. All media is processed in a stateless pipeline and transmitted directly to the requesting device.
