Get Your Viewlift Photo File

One paste, one file, no waiting room.

What happens after you paste the Viewlift link

One thing to set expectations on: Viewlift is served by our media route, which resolves an individual item rather than walking an album. A photo request here returns the media the link names, not a sweep of everything the account has ever posted. Among the Viewlift link shapes handled are embed. Viewlift leans towards half-hour-plus items, so downloads there are measured in minutes rather than seconds. No credentials are involved anywhere in this path — neither yours nor ours.

Either paste a Viewlift link above, or put tikt.com/ in front of any Viewlift URL in your address bar:

tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
From the Viewlift link to a saved file
1. Copy the Viewlift link

Use the address bar or the platform's own share button — both give a URL the extractor recognises. Point it at the single item you want, not the page around it.

2. Let it read the renditions

Paste the URL above. The extractor asks Viewlift which renditions exist for that item and picks the best progressive one rather than assuming a quality.

3. Save what comes back

The file arrives in the container Viewlift served it in, and the extractor does not rebuild it — so what you end up with is what the uploader encoded, for better or worse.

Technical FAQ — Tikt.com Viewlift Media Converter

No. Viewlift is handled by the media route, which resolves the item a link names rather than walking a profile's history. Paste the individual item you want. That is a limit of the route, not a paywall — there is nothing to upgrade to that changes it.

It reads the rendition list Viewlift publishes for that item and takes the highest progressive one — a single file with video and audio already muxed, so nothing has to be recombined afterwards. It never re-encodes, so it cannot give you a quality Viewlift did not publish.

Among others: embed. Those are separate URL shapes with separate handling behind them, which is why a link that looks nothing like the last one you pasted still works.

Because the item is long. Viewlift carries a lot of half-hour-plus material and the file size follows from that. The transfer streams straight through with no queue on our side, so the limit is your connection and the size of the thing you asked for.

Yes, identically. The work happens on our side, so an old phone on a slow connection is no worse at resolving the Viewlift link than a desktop — it just downloads the file more slowly afterwards.

No. The file streams through and is gone; there is no library, no history and nothing to delete afterwards. That is also why we cannot re-send you something you downloaded last week.

No. This is a web page with a text box. Anything that asks you to install an executable to save the Viewlift link is asking for more access than the job requires.

No cap you have to pay to lift and no trial that expires. The paid plan exists for people who download in bulk or want the API; a single Viewlift link does not need it and never will.

The Photo downloader for Viewlift extracts still images at their source resolution. Output: JPG -- no thumbnail resampling, no recompression.

JPG files render in every OS image viewer, every browser and most editors (Photoshop, GIMP, Affinity, Krita).

Viewlift serves the Photo asset as a public URL. Tikt.com fetches it without ever signing in to your account.

Image rights stay with the original poster on Viewlift. Personal use is fine; for commercial reuse, check the source profile's license terms.

No signup. No account. No cookies tied to your Viewlift identity. Tikt.com doesn't log which Photo URL you pasted.

One Photo per URL by default. For multiple, paste each Viewlift URL into a fresh tab or use the batch endpoint documented under /api/.

Tikt.com does not retain downloaded files or log user activity. All media is processed in a stateless pipeline and transmitted directly to the requesting device.
