Anything more than that would be us adding steps for our benefit rather than yours. Whyp is one of the few platforms wired into both routes at once, because its posts and its streams are genuinely different things. Whyp publishes real audio renditions, so an audio request there is a copy rather than a re-encode. No credentials are involved anywhere in this path — neither yours nor ours.

A post link and a stream link are both fine here — they take different paths internally and you do not have to care which.
The URL shape decides the route: album-style Whyp links go to the gallery extractor, stream-style links to the media extractor.
A post can return several files and a stream returns one. Either way nothing was re-encoded on the way through.
