Anything more than that would be us adding steps for our benefit rather than yours. Everything from Dandadan goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. Dandadan is one of the smaller integrations here, so the extractor keeps its handling deliberately general rather than assuming a page layout.
