The Douyutv link is resolved by our media extractor. It asks Douyutv for the list of renditions it publishes for that item, takes the best progressive one and streams it through to you as the photo file. Nothing is transcoded on the way, so quality is whatever Douyutv encoded at. Douyutv also carries live output, and a stream still in progress has no final file to give you yet.
