No app, no extension, no account. The whole thing is a text box and a link — you paste the Drawfriends URL, we resolve it, you get the photo file. Anything more than that would be us adding steps for our benefit rather than yours. Everything from Drawfriends goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. Drawfriends is one of the smaller integrations here, so the extractor keeps its handling deliberately general rather than assuming a page layout.
The address bar works too. Prefix any Drawfriends URL with tikt.com/:

Find the Drawfriends post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.
Drop the URL into the field at the top of this page. The gallery extractor enumerates the files attached to that Drawfriends page rather than guessing at one.
Each file is listed at the size it was uploaded to Drawfriends. Save one, or save the lot — nothing has been resampled or re-encoded in between.
