Anything more than that would be us adding steps for our benefit rather than yours. Everything from Imgpile goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. Imgpile is one of the smaller integrations here, so the extractor keeps its handling deliberately general rather than assuming a page layout.

Find the Imgpile post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.
