Imgth uses a signed-in session to fence off private material, and we deliberately do not hold one. That draws a clean line: anything a logged-out visitor can already see downloads here, and anything behind a follow request or a private account does not. There is no workaround on this page and we would not offer one. Everything from Imgth goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream.

Find the Imgth post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.
Drop the URL into the field at the top of this page. The gallery extractor enumerates the files attached to that Imgth page rather than guessing at one.
Each file is listed at the size it was uploaded to Imgth. Save one, or save the lot — nothing has been resampled or re-encoded in between.
