The reason the Konachan profile file is awkward to save in the first place is that the platform serves it as a stream rather than as a file. This page does the small amount of work that turns one into the other, and nothing else. Everything from Konachan goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. Konachan is one of the smaller integrations here, so the extractor keeps its handling deliberately general rather than assuming a page layout.
Either paste a Konachan link above, or put tikt.com/ in front of any Konachan URL in your address bar:
tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
Find the Konachan post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.
Drop the URL into the field at the top of this page. The gallery extractor enumerates the files attached to that Konachan page rather than guessing at one.
Each file is listed at the size it was uploaded to Konachan. Save one, or save the lot — nothing has been resampled or re-encoded in between.
