No app, no extension, no account. The whole thing is a text box and a link — you paste the Mgewiki URL, we resolve it, you get the photo file. Anything more than that would be us adding steps for our benefit rather than yours. Everything from Mgewiki goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. Mgewiki is one of the smaller integrations here, so the extractor keeps its handling deliberately general rather than assuming a page layout.
The address bar works too. Prefix any Mgewiki URL with tikt.com/:

Find the Mgewiki post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.
