The reason the Nrktv video file is awkward to save in the first place is that the platform serves it as a stream rather than as a file. This page does the small amount of work that turns one into the other, and nothing else. Nrktv is handled by the media route, which reads the site's own rendition list before choosing anything. Nrktv leans towards half-hour-plus items, so downloads there are measured in minutes rather than seconds. The renditions we see from Nrktv arrive as MP4.
Two ways in: the box above, or prefix the Nrktv URL you are already looking at with tikt.com/:
tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
Use the address bar or the platform's own share button — both give a URL the extractor recognises. Point it at the single item you want, not the page around it.
Paste the URL above. The extractor asks Nrktv which renditions exist for that item and picks the best progressive one rather than assuming a quality.
The file arrives in the container Nrktv served it in, and the extractor does not rebuild it — so what you end up with is what the uploader encoded, for better or worse.
