Offline is the common reason people end up here: a flight, a commute, a patchy connection, a phone that will not stream Owncloud reliably. A local audio file solves all four and does not need us again afterwards. Nothing here re-encodes, so an audio-only file exists only where Owncloud publishes one; where it ships audio muxed inside the video stream, that stream is what there is to take.
