Patreon Public Audio Downloader

Turn a link into something you actually own.

Two routes, one box: Patreon posts and Patreon streams

Patreon serves its media as MP3, and that is exactly what you keep. The container is passed through rather than rebuilt, so there is no generation loss between what Patreon stored and what ends up in your downloads folder. Patreon is one of the few platforms wired into both routes at once, because its posts and its streams are genuinely different things. The extractor covers 5 separate Patreon URL shapes, so a link copied from anywhere on the site usually resolves as-is. Patreon supports signed-in sessions upstream, which is precisely how it hides private material; we browse anonymously, so that material stays hidden.

Shortcut — stick tikt.com/ on the front of the Patreon address instead of copying it here:

tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
Three steps, start to finish
1. Grab whichever Patreon link you have

A post link and a stream link are both fine here — they take different paths internally and you do not have to care which.

2. Paste and let it route

The URL shape decides the route: album-style Patreon links go to the gallery extractor, stream-style links to the media extractor.

3. Collect what came back

A post can return several files and a stream returns one. Either way nothing was re-encoded on the way through.

Nā ngā pātai noa iho

Patreon is wired into both extractors. A post or album URL goes to the gallery route and returns the files attached to it; a stream URL goes to the media route and returns one negotiated rendition. Same box, different machinery, decided by the shape of the link.

No, and that is deliberate. Patreon gates private material behind a signed-in session; we fetch as an anonymous browser and hold no credentials, so we see exactly what a logged-out visitor sees. If a post needs a follow request to view, it needs one to download.

Among others: campaign, creator, post, user. Those are separate URL shapes with separate handling behind them, which is why a link that looks nothing like the last one you pasted still works.

No. 5 different Patreon URL shapes are recognised, which covers the ordinary address-bar URL, the share variant and most of the odd ones in between. Paste whatever you copied; if it is the Patreon address it will almost certainly resolve.

MP3 — whatever Patreon itself serves. The container is passed straight through rather than rebuilt, so there is no second round of compression between the platform's copy and yours.

Seconds, normally. Items on Patreon are typically short, so the file is small and the transfer is over almost as soon as it starts. If it stalls, that is a connection problem rather than a queue — there is no queue.

You get the best progressive rendition Patreon publishes for that item, chosen automatically. There is no upscaling on offer, because inventing pixels that Patreon never encoded would make the file bigger and not better.

Not by us. There is no re-encode step in the path, so the file you get is bit-for-bit what Patreon served. Whatever compression Patreon applied when it accepted the upload is already baked in and cannot be undone by anyone.
