The reason the Picarto MP4 file is awkward to save in the first place is that the platform serves it as a stream rather than as a file. This page does the small amount of work that turns one into the other, and nothing else. Picarto is one of the few platforms wired into both routes at once, because its posts and its streams are genuinely different things. Among the Picarto link shapes handled are gallery. Picarto also carries live output, and a stream still in progress has no final file to give you yet.
