Paste the Picarto link into the box and the extractor resolves it to a downloadable photo file. It runs entirely from your browser, needs no account and adds nothing to the media it returns. Picarto is one of the few platforms wired into both routes at once, because its posts and its streams are genuinely different things. Among the Picarto link shapes handled are gallery. Picarto also carries live output, and a stream still in progress has no final file to give you yet.
The address bar works too. Prefix any Picarto URL with tikt.com/:

A post link and a stream link are both fine here — they take different paths internally and you do not have to care which.
The URL shape decides the route: album-style Picarto links go to the gallery extractor, stream-style links to the media extractor.
A post can return several files and a stream returns one. Either way nothing was re-encoded on the way through.
