The Prxaccount link is resolved by our media extractor. It asks Prxaccount for the list of renditions it publishes for that item, takes the best progressive one and streams it through to you as the photo file. Nothing is transcoded on the way, so quality is whatever Prxaccount encoded at. No credentials are involved anywhere in this path — neither yours nor ours.
