No app, no extension, no account. The whole thing is a text box and a link — you paste the Rctiplus URL, we resolve it, you get the audio file. Anything more than that would be us adding steps for our benefit rather than yours. Nothing here re-encodes, so an audio-only file exists only where Rctiplus publishes one; where it ships audio muxed inside the video stream, that stream is what there is to take. Rctiplus is handled by the media route, which reads the site's own rendition list before choosing anything. Rctiplus also carries live output, and a stream still in progress has no final file to give you yet.
The address bar works too. Prefix any Rctiplus URL with tikt.com/:

Use the address bar or the platform's own share button — both give a URL the extractor recognises. Point it at the single item you want, not the page around it.
Paste the URL above. The extractor asks Rctiplus which renditions exist for that item and picks the best progressive one rather than assuming a quality.
The file arrives in the container Rctiplus served it in, and the extractor does not rebuild it — so what you end up with is what the uploader encoded, for better or worse.
