Slideshare uses a signed-in session to fence off private material, and we deliberately do not hold one. That draws a clean line: anything a logged-out visitor can already see downloads here, and anything behind a follow request or a private account does not. There is no workaround on this page and we would not offer one. Slideshare is one of the few platforms wired into both routes at once, because its posts and its streams are genuinely different things. Among the Slideshare link shapes handled are presentation.
The address bar works too. Prefix any Slideshare URL with tikt.com/:
tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
A post link and a stream link are both fine here — they take different paths internally and you do not have to care which.
The URL shape decides the route: album-style Slideshare links go to the gallery extractor, stream-style links to the media extractor.
A post can return several files and a stream returns one. Either way nothing was re-encoded on the way through.
