Using the Tungsten Photo downloader

Tungsten is reached through our gallery extractor. Given a post, album or profile URL it enumerates the files attached to it and pulls each one at the size it was uploaded — there is no rendition ladder to negotiate and no re-encode step, so what lands on your device is the file Tungsten stored.
