There is a difference between watching something on Uploadir and having it. A link can be taken down, made private or region-locked tomorrow; the MP4 file on your own disk cannot. That is the entire point of this page. Everything from Uploadir goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. No credentials are involved anywhere in this path — neither yours nor ours.

Find the Uploadir post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.

Each file is listed at the size it was uploaded to Uploadir. Save one, or save the lot — nothing has been resampled or re-encoded in between.
