Wallhaven Audio Downloader — Album-Aware

Point it at the Wallhaven post and every file inside comes back at its uploaded size.

How the gallery route handles the Wallhaven link

One Wallhaven URL can mean one item or a whole feed, and that distinction matters more than it looks. Paste the single-item link if you want exactly that item; paste the feed or collection URL if you want what it contains. Both resolve, they just resolve to different things. Wallhaven is one of the broader integrations here — 6 distinct link shapes are handled rather than a single canonical one. Fetches to Wallhaven are paced about 1.4 seconds apart on purpose, because the site rate-limits aggressively. Everything from Wallhaven goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream.

The address bar works too. Prefix any Wallhaven URL with tikt.com/:

tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
From the Wallhaven link to a saved file
1. Open the Wallhaven post

Find the Wallhaven post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.

2. Paste it above

Drop the URL into the field at the top of this page. The gallery extractor enumerates the files attached to that Wallhaven page rather than guessing at one.

3. Take the files

Each file is listed at the size it was uploaded to Wallhaven. Save one, or save the lot — nothing has been resampled or re-encoded in between.

Only if the post holds an audio file to begin with. Wallhaven runs through the gallery route, which returns the files a post contains — it does not pull an audio track out of a video stream, because that route never touches a stream. If there is audio in the post you get it; if there is not, no amount of asking will produce it.

Because Wallhaven is handled by the gallery route. It enumerates the files attached to the post or album you pointed at instead of picking one, so a post with eight images returns eight images. If you only wanted one, link the individual item rather than the container.

Deliberate pacing. Fetches to Wallhaven are spaced roughly 1.4 seconds apart because the platform rate-limits hard, and going faster gets the extractor blocked outright rather than served quicker. A big album therefore takes longer than its file sizes suggest.

Among others: collection, collections, image, search. Those are separate URL shapes with separate handling behind them, which is why a link that looks nothing like the last one you pasted still works.

No. 6 different Wallhaven URL shapes are recognised, which covers the ordinary address-bar URL, the share variant and most of the odd ones in between. Paste whatever you copied; if it is the Wallhaven address it will almost certainly resolve.

Whatever the URL names. A single-item Wallhaven link returns that item; a collection or feed URL returns what the collection holds. If you got more than you expected, you pasted the container rather than the item.

Because there is nothing to select between. The gallery route returns the file as Wallhaven stored it — one version, at its uploaded size. A quality menu here would be decoration over a single option.

Not by us. There is no re-encode step in the path, so the file you get is bit-for-bit what Wallhaven served. Whatever compression Wallhaven applied when it accepted the upload is already baked in and cannot be undone by anyone.
