Gofile is one of the few platforms wired into both routes at once, because its posts and its streams are genuinely different things. Among the Gofile link shapes handled are folder. A post link and a stream link are both fine here — they take different paths internally and you do not have to care which.
The URL shape decides the route: album-style Gofile links go to the gallery extractor, stream-style links to the media extractor.
A post can return several files and a stream returns one. Either way nothing was re-encoded on the way through.
