Offline is the common reason people end up here: a flight, a commute, a patchy connection, a phone that will not stream Shimmie2 reliably. A local photo file solves all four and does not need us again afterwards. Everything from Shimmie2 goes through the gallery route, which enumerates a post's files instead of negotiating a stream. Shimmie2 is one of the smaller integrations here, so the extractor keeps its handling deliberately general rather than assuming a page layout.
Two ways in: the box above, or prefix the Shimmie2 URL you are already looking at with tikt.com/:
tikt.com/https://www.example.com/path/to/media
Find the Shimmie2 post, album or profile page holding what you want and copy its address. A post URL gets you that post; a profile URL gets you what the profile has published.
Drop the URL into the field at the top of this page. The gallery extractor enumerates the files attached to that Shimmie2 page rather than guessing at one.
Each file is listed at the size it was uploaded to Shimmie2. Save one, or save the lot — nothing has been resampled or re-encoded in between.
